Terms of Use
Service
DOLO provides educational business-planning tools and optional implementation services for creators and solopreneurs. Beta functionality may change, be interrupted, or be withdrawn as the product improves.
No professional advice or guaranteed results
DOLO does not provide legal, financial, tax, accounting, investment, or employment advice. AI and automated outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate and must be reviewed before use. Revenue, audience growth, and other business results are not guaranteed.
Your responsibilities
You must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate information, protect access credentials, review outputs, comply with applicable law and platform rules, and obtain permission before submitting another person's information. You may not use DOLO to facilitate fraud, harassment, unlawful discrimination, infringement, spam, malware, or other illegal activity.
Purchases and services
Prices and the included scope are shown before checkout or confirmed in writing. The Creator OS Setup is a done-with-you service; scheduling, deliverables, dependencies, and acceptance criteria may be confirmed during onboarding. Taxes may apply. Planned subscription features are not active purchases unless a checkout explicitly states recurring terms.
Intellectual property
DOLO and its original software, branding, interfaces, and materials remain protected intellectual property. Subject to these terms, you may use generated plans for your own lawful business. You remain responsible for verifying that your inputs and resulting use do not infringe third-party rights.
Availability and liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DOLO is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses or for business decisions made from automated output. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
Changes and termination
Access may be restricted for abuse, security threats, nonpayment, or legal requirements. Material terms changes will be posted with an updated effective date. Continued use after an effective update indicates acceptance where permitted by law.
